I hope all is well. I tried to have my question resolved on the support board but it doesn't seem like it will be answered. I am trying to understand what settings in SC that I need to adjust in order to get 10 years of data from my feed with Interactive Brokers.

You can specify the number of days to load via Chart >> Chart Settings >> Days To Load.
