                My data provider is Interactive Brokers.  When I try to view beyond 2 years, the bars will not come up.  What setting do I need to change to see 10 years of data?  I set the data/trade service settings to 1000 non-tick and 1000 tick.  I clicked on the chart and set the days back to 3600.  What am I missing?

                There isn't a setting with the Interactive Broker feed that I can adjust to download their historical data?  This has to have come up before, no?
