Hallo, how I will enter trade order at open price? When I give the order "market" and "good till date time (9:30)" so the trade at the entry price will not open for me. Thank.. |

When using this Time in Force type, the order is going to be held on the Sierra Chart side until the the specified time is encountered. You can also select the order in the Trade >> Trade Orders Window and select [Send Held] from the menu to send it immediately. In this last case, the order then becomes an order which will be processed immediately without regard to time.

The trade will be sent to IB only if I have the given market to which I have set the trade open, if I have a different market open in the SC than the one for which I have set the order, then it will not be sent.

You do need to keep the Chart or Trading DOM open that the order was entered from and it needs to be set to the same Symbol and Trade Account.
