Hi, I received a System popup that said no exchanges active. Yet I made a payment prior to the end of the previous month and there is no balance due. When I click on the link provided it the Action is to Active yet the ending date is 9-30-2020. It is set to auto-renewal and in the box it says active till end of billing period. I have never had to do this before. Am I to activate or is there another issue. I do not want to do anything until advised as to any issues.Thanks

For some reason the Full CME Group was properly automatically renewed for September, but then it was deactivated for renewal. We do not know why this occurred, as it should not have. We will check into it.

You are fine and you should be receiving your data without any problem. But you may want to go ahead and select Activate on that exchange when you get a chance, just to ensure that it will automatically renew again next month.

I have the same problem. System popup saying no exchanges active. No balance due. "Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee" of $62.40 has been deducted from my balance for months. I trade the ES only. When I go to the Activate Exchange window, it says for Option 3, "CME E-mini for professionals" that it is "active till end of billing period" 12/31/2020. I am afraid that if I click "activate" under the Action column that I will be billed again for the $62.40 I already paid Dec 1. Should I do nothing and just ignore the popup?

You do have an exchange which is currently active but not set to renew and that is why you see the notice. You will not be billed again this month (December) if you activate that exchange for renewal now.

There will be a prompt which will clearly confirm that.
