Hello, I am experiencing problem connecting to Transact as of 2 hours ago and they stating this is Sierra issue because for some reason platform considers me "being in some kind of loop and connection information comes through as "corrupted". They stating that Sierra needs to reset my account. Not sure what this means..... Can you please advise? |

We have no control over your Transact account. We have heard of users having trouble connecting to Transact yesterday and today. No such thing as the connection information coming through corrupted. That makes no sense. Transact will need to resolve. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. @User347037 Just depower/repower your Internet connection. And shutdown/restart your computer. When everything is reset and restarted, log on the the AT software, and make sure the AT DOM and scoreboard are working. If you also have access to their in-house AT charts, log on, and see if those are working as well. Then try launching Sierra with the TransactWS service. It should work. Failing that, you can also re-install a last known good version of Sierra and see if that works. If not, and you are using Windows 10, consider a rollback of your install using System Restore to the last data point, and retry. Good luck. |

All of post #3, should not be necessary. There must be some simple issue on the Transact side they need to resolve.
