Update the latest version - issue with chartbook load

Hi, I have updated sierra chart today to the latest version. After the update one of my chartbook cannot load - "The chartbook file requires a newer version of Sierra chart or is not a valid". Having failed with chartbook load under new version I have also tried to back to the previous version. Not sure if it worked. I also see that new chartbook backup was created with the name ending ".backup2092". Fortunately, I am able to load this chartbook. Please let me know if you need any log or action from my side. This is supposed your old chartbook with the old file format. If there is a file with the old name, it will be in the new format. |
