Waiting to download historical data when starting up charts

SC: Why do you Sierra Charts return, "waiting to download historical data", when starting up my charts this afternoon and then nothing loads and then I receive a notice that "download failed". My quotes and charts then no longer stream. This has happened on two separate computers and for all symbols that I am watching. I am trying to load charts for NQ, CL, GC, 6E HE and YM? Thanks.
