Hello as of last night my Green Chart and Coinexx are frozen when I pull them up. I have rebooted the computer twice with no luck. Can you please help? Thank you, Marc |

We need to understand what is meant by "frozen"? Is the user interface completely inoperable and cannot be interacted with?
