I require some assistance as I seem to be missing the mark. I switched my Feed from Rithmic to Denali via AMP . They sent me a user name and password to login into sierra charts platform although I already had the username same as old account. Currently I tried to use " SC all services" option and does not work for live data. I noticed where I may have to confirm i am a non pro, however have signed the agreement and find where to put the login credential in the data trade settings. I am trying to figure out the " verification process " required once a month |
