How can use just one trade window for multiple charts instead of attached a trade window to every chart on my monitors? I want to open about 12 charts and be able to place orders on one trade window, is this possible?

No, this is not possible. Each Trade Window is associated with the Chart that it was opened with/from. Refer to the information here:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Each Trade Window is Completely Independent from Others

You can have one trade window that you work with for a single symbol. So if your charts are for the same symbol then you do not need to have multiple trade windows. Just be aware of this setting that will only show the orders on the chart on which they are made, in case this is what you want:
Trade Menu: Only Orders From Chart (Trade menu)
----
If the Trade Window is not attached to a chart, and you are using charts which are part of the main Sierra Chart window and the chart which is in focus is maximized, as you switch among the charts, the prior visible Trade Window will be hidden and the Trade Window associated with the next chart will be shown.

Sometimes, I link a QuoteBoard to a single blank chart with the Trade Window attached.

Just click the symbol and "reuse" the Trade Window.
