Extended rectangle

When I create an extended rectangle I like to modify text to rectangle via right click “Modify text “drop down . Question is, can I make the text color different than the extended rectangle color?

I their a way to left click and move my extended rectangles? I have left click enabled , but I have to right click move drawing as of now .
