Hi I am using Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. I like to follow SPX500 just for watching not for trading but on friday, some data missing (see picture attached). I did Delete and download data, but same result... 1 - is it normal? (on SPY there were dat for these periods) 2 - can I use another ticker in order to watch SPX500 with Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-03-16 02:00:27

This must have been an outage from FXCM where the data comes from. We cannot patch that data. The only other symbol you can use is $INX and enable the S&P cash indices exchange to get the data.
