Hi, I would like to set up a trading keyboard shortcut for the IB Mid price limit order type but I can't find it in the list of available order types - can you please instruct me how to do this? I wpuld like my limit order price to be the nbbo bid + offer divided by 2 if that makes sense Many thanks Torbjorn |
