Extending Rectangle tool as a study

Is there a way i can draw extending rectangles on one chart and save it as a study and then overlay those levels onto another chart without drawing it all over again. Thanks I had a study called MasterLevelCreator and StalkZoneCreator but the source code expired. Attached images |
