[Programming Help] - Lag on Dom and Chart

I am curious why he price point would lag to much on the DOM to the actual price position. And then it jumps 5-6 bits in one jumps. I go to BE + 3 and it stops me out @ 0.00 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-01-15 03:44:41
