I can pull up the stock index premiums ex.ESH20-INX if data/trade services set to all services. Once I change to SC Futures Order Routing/Data nothing shows up in the premiums section. Can you/anyone advice? Thanks

Sierra, ESH20-INX is appx 20mins behind/delayed. Do I need to activate something to get live data? If so can you direct me where? Thank You
