for some reason the daily data dont download from day 1 on mtgox

We had noticed this earlier ourselves. This is now resolved. Go to the chart and re-download the data by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
