Is it now possible for Hong Kong citizens to subscribe to Hang Seng Index futures without the need to contact a certain tutor? If yes, will there be any restriction on the subscripton in the near future? Thanks.

Yes, it is now available as part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
