Issue wiht 1958 and 1959 version I don't not why my past two request disappeared

Hi I found and issue on 1958 and 1959 when I go to global settings>chart settings the platform freeze and I need to close it with CTRL+ALT+DEL and this is not happening with 1941 through Transact and it never happened in the past too.Could you please take a look? thx
