Volume Profile Not Developing on Chart

Hello- I have two charts; Both have Volume Profile's and set up exactly the same in the VbP settings including the Settings and Input, Subgraphs tab. Chart settings are set up exactly the same including time periods. One of the charts show a VP developing in the evenings and the other chart does not. I am out of answers. Can you please help? I attached three pictures of the chart; one with the evening VP, the other doesn't have it and the last is the settings. Thank you.

If the charts are an exact duplicate of each other,assuming you did not make any changes to either of them, then they definitely will match when you select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate for each of them. Do that. The documentation we linked to does describe this.
