Chart replay jump forward - sometimes reload whole chart

I have the chart jump unit at one minute. normally when i jump, it jumps immediately, but sometime it reloads the hole chart. And it thakes very long, but this is an other issue. How can i avoid reloading with no reason?

There would only be a reload when jumping back. There is no way to avoid that.

The chart does not reload in the case of jumping forward. We cannot accept that claim.
