Hello , Today i have somme issue to connect sierra with Gain data feed. My bills is update. In the log panel i have code error 10061 "no connection can be establish because the target computer refuse any connection" i can connect other plateforme wit gain and it s work fine . Do you encounter this probleme before? do you have any solution? thanks |

We are contacting Gain Capital about this again. It is an issue with their FAST market data server.

We just spoke with Gain Capital, and they said this has to be handled by their IT department/people and they are not available at the moment. Obviously not very good. So they are going to get it resolved as soon as possible but not until the New York morning.
