I recently had to change my Gain password. Do I need to do anything with Sierra to get the "live" data to flow into my Sierra Charts. Currently I imputed the new password into the Data Trade Services Settings and I am not getting live data. Can you advise as to if I need to do anything with my Sierra password or any other trouble shooting idea. Thanks |

There currently is a problem with the Gain Capital FAST market data server. We have contacted them about this.
