Building Custom Studies Causes Bug

If you release the DLLs, recompile an existing one and then re-enable loading, custom studies in the studies menu for charts only show (unknown name) until the next restart of SC.

This will be resolved in the next release. But one thing we realize is that when the study DLLs are denied to be loaded and you add a study to the chart or open a Chartbook, those studies will not be in a correct state until the study is removed from the chart and added again or the Chartbook is reopened.
