DOwnload Issues and need to change to 32bit version

HAving lots of trouble with the download. I had to install parralels desktop and it's been a pain on my mac. Also, i never got asked if i wanted 32 bit or not. I need help. Pls let me know when you can help.

Is there any way to speak with someone? I run MAC OS and had to install windows so CS can run, and I cannot access the C:/sierrachart folder
