Infityfutures with SierraChart real time data

Hello
I have trading account at Infinityfutures. But their real time data are wrong. I want to conect their platform: InfinityATâ„¢ Trading Platform with Sierra Chart real time data. I trade Euro FX E6.
Can I connect their platform InfinityAt to Sierra Chart real time data, or I need a separate account at Sierra Chart?

When you say "wrong" are you referring to Bid Volume and Ask Volume identification? That would be the only area to our knowledge where there would be a potential problem.

Based on the experience of more traders, their data is not accurate. Bid, Ask volume does not match the data from you - a colleague reported. The total volume also does not compare to the data from you and the charts from Barchart.com. Data from Infinity is not good for accurate volume work and Bid, Ask analysis. This is the experience of most traders.

This particular item has been solved by Transact and we know because they were working with us on this in the last couple of months. Part of the solution also was on our side as well with the historical data maintenance.

The bid volume and ask volume solution will come later on though. They are aware of that.

What a joke....

I have -5474 delta and everyone else is positive 4000.

The volume was as bad. Will see if it is better later.

No, please do not do that. Do not do that. You cannot push them along faster than they are able to.

And then there is also the integration that we have to do on our side. This whole process could be months.
