charts not updating

Hi, My charts are not updating, they are about 20 minutes behind time. It seems to be all the futures charts. I don't know if I have deactivated something in the Exchange Data feed section in accounts. I was trying to get the S&P futures contract. SPU18/SPZ18 and all my currency futures are not loading Please help. Thanks |

You have CME Exchange options active that require a funded trading account with a supported Trading service, for more information refer to the Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#UnderstandingAccessingDataFromCME Also for S&P futures use the symbol ESZ18.
