I have 2 times and sales windows opened - one on each chartbook. I went to Global Settings -> Graphics Settings - Global and created and saved a setting for chartbook 1. When I go to chartbook 2 and load the same Global Setting, the 2nd time and sales windows for chartbook 2 does not change. Any ideas on how to leverage the same settings created in chartbook 1 for chartbook 2. The settings saved in chartbook 1 was for changing the color on the time and sales window.

When I go to chartbook 2 and load the same Global Setting, the 2nd time and sales windows for chartbook 2 does not change. Go to the associated chart for that particular Time and Sales window and see if it is using its own Graphics Settings rather than the global ones. I checked and the "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" is checked

Therefore, any changes to Time and Sales colors in the Global Graphics Settings will immediately go into effect next time the Time and Sales window is updated or was brought into focus if it was not currently visible. We have verified this.

Not sure I follow your response. I am going back and forth between the 2 time and sales windows, the colors settings in time and sales window 1 are not in synch with the time and sales window 2. Keep in mind that each time and sales window is from a different chartbook.

This definitively cannot be the case unless one or both of the charts the Time and Sales window is associated with is not using the global color settings. It does not matter what Chartbook they are in. That is irrelevant. We are going to write up some more documentation on this to explain all of this.
