problem with vertical scale

I have one chart that won't allow me to change the vertical scale with CTRL-click in vertical. It's the only chart doing this and I opened it the same way as my other charts (via QuoteBoard). Any idea how to fix? |

I checked scale, and it was set to linear. Any other ideas? |
