I realize you don't support trials, but what to do when SC crashes and I get a popup window "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly"??? I could spend the rest of the trial trying to figure out the problem. Thanks, James |

This should not happen. Are you running any custom studies which are added through Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study? We also see you are running Windows 8. While we have not heard of Windows 8 problems recently, it may not be completely stable.
