Custom Study is not showing on NEW INSTANCE

Hello there, I am under RC_OF. My problem is when I try to open a chartbook with charts having ECIVwapV1.4 on NEW INSTANCE, the study is just not there in the charts. When I go to STUDIES to have a look, it becomes Custom DLL Study. I don't have any problems opening chartbooks from my home computer. Just the office computer that is not working. Check to see if you see the study listed in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study. And check the Window >> Message Log to see if there are any error messages that are related to it.
