Hi, I’m trying to purchase a 500 feed data connection, but I keep get the following error messages: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 150975_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. I’m also attaching a screenshot. What do I need to do? |

This issue has now been resolved. Try reactivating the real-time connection and the number of symbols again. It was an issue on the Barchart side.
