I would like instructions on how to trade from the Chart linked to IB. From the Chart Trade Menu, I checked "Chart Trade Mode ON, Trading Chart DOm ON, Show Orders and Position, Only Orders from Chart, Auto Trading Enabled - Global, and Attach Trade Menu to Chart. But, Trade would not activate.
