My SC Platform it's not streaming price action

Hy, When i start the Platform, it's opening normal and starts to Download historical data but then stops there. It stops to receive actual data, i mean it's not streaming price action live, just stops!! If i want to know the price i have to force the download of historical data but then stops again, no more price again again . It has been more then a week and i didn't actually traded in this platform. Can anyone help me?? |
