don't see 'open trading DOM' button

I have version 1689. I have been trading off the charts and thought I'd try the DOM for the first time. I thought when I clicked 'File' or 'Find symbol' there would be a button option which says 'open trading DOM' but I don't see the DOM as an option anywhere. Thanks.
