I have lost the studies in all of my Study Collection/Chart Templates. Regardless of which Study Collection I select all of the studies are missing and my charts are blank. I am unable to follow the recommended procedure to add a screenshot/image because I have the chart studies window open and can't upload the screenshot this way. I think adding the imagines to my message this way is only way I can capture what the Chart Studies window is displaying. I appreciate your assistance with solving this issue. Thanks.

Many users have been affected by this. This problem is caused by your antivirus software deleting the SierraChartStudies.dll file. You need to disable your antivirus/security software, at least temporarily. For more information, refer to: Software Download: Antivirus/Anti-malware Software Flagging Sierra Chart Installer or other Files as Unsafe/Infected Once you do that, then update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease to get the missing file. Thanks for your help. I disabled my antivirus/security software and tried downloading the Prerelease multiple times with no success and kept getting "Installation completed with errors." As a last resort, I checked the quarantine folder of my antivirus/security software and found the SierraChartStudies.dll file in there. I was able to restore it from the folder and now everything is back to normal. Thanks again.
