Linking Charts of Different Time Frames to maintain the same time ratio?

I know how to link charts so that if I change the timeframe on one chart it is automatically changed on the other chart. If I have two or more charts with different timeframes (e.g., 1 minute on one chart and 3 minute a second chart....a 1:3 ratio) can I link them so that the ratio difference is maintained. If I change the 1 minute chart to 5 minutes, the second chart is automatically changed to 15 minutes to maintain the 1:3 ratio?
