BID ASK producing crazy outlier prints.

The BID and ASK on chart during live trading is showing prints 2 dollars outside of range on a very liquid stock. Example: the ASK on PCG is going 53.47, 53.50, 56.78, 54.75 53.50,53.50,56.23, The ask on the TWS is in line with 53.50, 53.51., 53.47. I am using sierra data with IB data. How can this be corrected.

It is happening now at 13:21 New York. 10:21 PST where Im at. Now the Bid is dropping $2.00 plus on PCG, I am only trading this so not sure if it is doing it on other equities. My Computer clock is 10:21 the Chart clock is on New york time. Feel its a glitch, but creates unnecessary anxiety seeing the bid drop 1.50 below your hard stop!

Thank you hope they can fix it. It was showing bid ask spreads of over $5.00 on JP later in the day. So it is not a problem with that one equity.

We have let them know about this. If this is not normal certainly they will fix this. It certainly does not appear normal to us.
