how to add oco orders to an open position

hi i trade multiple contracts and dont use OCO attached orders when opening a trade, but when i close a part, i want to to set stoploss and target for the rest of the possition is such a way that the orders will word as OCO - so when my sl is hit, pt will dissapear - how do i do it?
