one up trader connection doesnt work

hi i enrolled in the one up trader program and i cannot conenct my sierra with the credentials they provided me for rithmic datafeed. i logged in to the R trader but when i use these credentials for connected feed, the chart doesnt work, it doesnt move. can u tell me where the problem is? |
