Missing bars/data in live charts

Hi, I'm using live CQG Web API feed (via AMP Futures live trading account) and recently (several days) I have noticed missing large chunks of data - e.g. bars start drawing only from 6pm or from 2pm and whole hours go missing, even if selecting 1 or 5 minute bars or even if I have 233 or 512 tick bars. It happens both on 30 yr T-bond as well as on S&P500 E-mini. My account is active, I have paid for subscription and my network connection (both wired and WiFi) are good. Initially I thought that maybe I have selected more narrow trading hours for data in the Chart Settings but they are set from midnight to 23:59 so that's not it. What the hell is going on, I wonder? I've tried uploading chart images using your own suggested method from here (https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image) but it keeps failing (see the log) - yet another issue. Thus, I've attached the images as files. can you please investigate? Attached examples. Thanks, G. |
