zero values on number bars

why having all bids or all offers as 0 on number bars?

after multiplce connect/disconnect seems working now

We see you are using Gain Capital. This must have been due to a data feed issue. Looks like it was an issue with the market depth data not updating.

Try re-downloading the data following the instructions in help topic 2.1.2:

Gain looked into this matter and they cant find anything wrong on their side,

all other instruments except ES are printing correctly, ES prints a couple of minutes after reconnect and then starts printing 0 on either bid on ask, see attached

are you sure there is nothing to look into in SC?

maybe you could open sierra realtime data for couple of days so i test it on your feed?

when this happens, bid/ask lines are also off as attached, maybe this helps

NQ, CL, FGBL - all print correct data

The screenshot in post #5 showing that the Bid and Ask prices are not accurate is the reason for the problem and this is a Gain Capital data feed issue.

We have reported this general issue to them a few weeks ago.

The Sierra Chart data feed will not have this issue at all. You need to follow the instructions here to use that data feed:
