We see you are using Gain Capital. This must have been due to a data feed issue. Looks like it was an issue with the market depth data not updating. Try re-downloading the data following the instructions in help topic 2.1.2: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails2.html#h2.1.2 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Gain looked into this matter and they cant find anything wrong on their side, all other instruments except ES are printing correctly, ES prints a couple of minutes after reconnect and then starts printing 0 on either bid on ask, see attached are you sure there is nothing to look into in SC? maybe you could open sierra realtime data for couple of days so i test it on your feed? |

The screenshot in post #5 showing that the Bid and Ask prices are not accurate is the reason for the problem and this is a Gain Capital data feed issue. We have reported this general issue to them a few weeks ago. maybe you could open sierra realtime data for couple of days so i test it on your feed? http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
