Hello Support, I use many many simple alerts in my charts that I continuously live check. I used SC v997 and all was fine till this version (my context : it takes more than 45 min to load and display my principal heavy chartbook) ; I then upgraded to SC v1011.I made a lot of modification in my chartbook and saved them in v1011. As soon as I open a window alert log (ctrl+alt+a) SierraC crashes everytime. With another chartbook with fewer studies and alerts, it seems OK. I 'm now unable to downgrade to v997 because I have a message of incompatibility. I notice that the management of alerts are differents the older One is an "Alert log" and the new one is an "Alert manager". Can you help please ? Thank you very much. |
