                So as far as I checked maximum days to load is 186 (half a year) so for me it is practically useless. If I would know I would not buy access, you should advertise this fact.  Is this a maximum from all your possible sources?  |

                In response to post #4, what is this exact symbol you are asking about? And also you are on the Sierra Chart service package 1 which does not provide historical data for some symbols.                 There  is historical Intraday data back to December 2007 for these symbols. You just need to follow through the step-by-step instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#DownloadingViewingMoreHistoricalIntradayData Make sure you do that.                 I have a chart book of daily and a few weekly ES, NQ, ZB, YM,  It was missing 3 days of data , and on my INTRAD day Charts the 3 line break chart was blank all other charts were working .last weekk I could not log in because of trans act ERROR . yesterday I Downloaded new version of SC Today my Daily charts loaded and the 3 line break is working. I don't Know ??? Thank You .. Gary W  |

                Hello, I am now getting data (the Chart Settings had reverted to Historical when they should have been Intraday; is that usual?). However, it is still not pulling in my open positions (I trade with GAIN Capital). Is that a server or settings issue inside SC and some change you/they made? Any help would be appreciated.  |
