Hi I have added Seirra Chart real time feed to my account I wanted to get the SPX in real time but tranAct only provide futures data for some reason it is not upadting the intra day chart - i have done everyting in the set up instructions? thanks |

You need to activate the S&P Indices exchange: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges The symbol that you want to open a chart for is $INX. OK thanks - i had the wrong symbol i thought i had activated the exchange - i picked the top 'full CME group' with market depth - is this wrong? do i need the full one just for $INX using TPO & volume profile? thanks |
