I am currently using Sierra Charts/CQG with AMP and when I go to load a chart for currencies for example I am getting an error message symbol unknown but it seems eventually the data and chart load correctly but the error message always occur when I start the platform. Is there any setting within Sierra Charts that I should be using to eliminate the error message? I know the symbol map should be correct because when you go to find symbol the data feed is automatically recognized and shows only the proper symbol map for the data feed you are connected to. Any help would be great. Johnny... |

Thank you for the response appreciate it. However this issue seems to be happening to the 15 day trial demos that are assigned from CQG for customers who do not have a funded account just yet with AMP Futures. Before this issue never occurred with the auto assigned demos is it possible there was a change made that is causing this issue? Johnny... |
