How does one use the Special Functions(As shown in the Study/Charts Alerts section), or some other means, to get both the BID and ASK volume for each Price Level, of a bar, as seen in the Numbers Bars Study, into a Spreadsheet? Thanks in advance.

This is not supported but you can get the Total Volume for each price level for each bar outputted to the Spreadsheet when using the Spreadsheet Study.
