After the last 2 updates the BE Stop doesn't work

I notice from yesterday that after I updated to 1398 and 99, the move to breakeven has stopped working. I do use a negative BE level offset If you want to replicate it.

We just did a quick test in Trade Simulation Mode and it works correctly. Including using a negative offset. Are you referring to the "BE" button on the Trade Window? I haven't tested it on sim, live on IB from Yesterday it stopped moving my initail stop loss to the BE leve I have set it to. I didn't change anything and it worked before the update. Are you referring to the "BE" button on the Trade Window?
No I am refering where the targets tab is, and I have set on the stop all child order, step 1, type offset in ticks triggered, BE Level offset -3, Trigger offset 5.

I just test it on sim and it works. It's not working live with IB.
