I am connected to IB and am getting realtime data for SPXL, but the screen is frozen for SPXS. When opening a chart for SPXS I get pretty much the current data but no bid/ask updates, frozen screen. No error logs jumping out at me. I did check Sierra's IB documentation. I have 4 chartbooks open, all other symbols work fine.

Got it to work. Replaced SPXS with this format: SPXS-TRK-SMART/ARCA
