Hi. The header on one of my Chart "Trade Windows" will not stop blinking. Also, the header on the Main Sierra Chart Window will occasionally blink. I do not have any Alerts on. How do I make them stop blinking? Thank you.

This is not something that normally you should see. The drawing of title bars is done by the operating system. However, there is a change we can make on our side for the Trade Window to eliminate this. There is nothing we can do with the main window title bar.
